Terms of use and sale.

By using the catalog or submitting an order request, you agree to these terms and the research-use policy.

Order requests

A submitted cart is a request, not an accepted sale. Acceptance occurs only after buyer qualification, current-lot review, final price and shipping confirmation, and issuance of approved payment instructions. Availability and catalog pricing may change before acceptance.

Payment

Approved orders may be paid through the selected PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo business payment request. Do not send payment to an account or handle that was not provided in a confirmed order communication referencing your DPP order number.

Research restrictions

You represent that you are authorized to order on behalf of a qualified laboratory or research organization and that all materials will be used only for legitimate laboratory research. Human use, animal use, therapeutic use, compounding, personal consumption, and resale for those purposes are prohibited.

Documentation and inspection

Lot documentation is matched to the lot offered for fulfillment. Buyers should review documentation and inspect the shipment before use, then promptly report any order discrepancy.

Responsible use

You are responsible for determining whether acquisition, possession, handling, transport, storage, use, and disposal are lawful and appropriate in your jurisdiction and facility. We may refuse orders or limit quantities when necessary for compliance or risk control.
