Research-use policy.

Our catalog is limited to qualified laboratories, research organizations, and authorized researchers acquiring materials for legitimate laboratory work.

Permitted purpose

Products may be used only for controlled analytical, in-vitro, biochemical, or other non-clinical laboratory research. The buyer must have the facilities, training, procedures, and authority appropriate for the material ordered.

Prohibited purpose

Products are not drugs, food, cosmetics, supplements, household goods, or medical devices. They are not for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, compounding, administration, consumption, or resale for any therapeutic or personal-use purpose.

Buyer qualification

Orders remain requests until the buyer, intended research, lot availability, and documentation are reviewed. We may request institutional or business documentation and may decline or cancel a request that does not meet this policy.

Handling and compliance

The buyer is responsible for lawful acquisition, receipt, storage, handling, recordkeeping, disposal, and use in the destination jurisdiction. Materials must be handled only by trained personnel using appropriate laboratory controls.
