We collect only the information needed to qualify research buyers, review requested lots, arrange payment, and fulfill approved orders.

Information collected

Order intake may collect your organization, contact name, email, phone number, shipping address, intended research description, selected payment method, requested products, quantities, and order status. A temporary cart may be stored in your browser so it remains available between visits.

How information is used

Information is used to evaluate buyer eligibility, communicate about availability and documentation, create payment requests, prevent misuse, maintain transaction records, support fulfillment, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

Approved payments may be handled through PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo under the provider’s own privacy terms. Hosting, security, and operational providers may process limited information necessary to run the service. We do not sell buyer information.

Retention and choices

Records are retained as reasonably necessary for order administration, compliance, accounting, disputes, and security. You may ask to access or correct your information, subject to records we must retain.
